Radbolt rounding (?) bug

I have the interplanetary launcher in the attached figure. I'm using it for a planetoid 10 paces away, so the lauch cost is 100. The launcher is completely full (200 radbolts), so it should fire twice in a short time period. However, it only lauches once, then waits for further radbolts to arrive, even though it shows 100/100 radbolts. I guess it really only has like ~99.99 radbolts, only the display does not have enough decimals to show this. When a package of ~500 radbolts arrive, the launcher should be filled again with plain 200 radbolts, and it indeed shows 200, but only fires once again.

When using the laucher for closer planetoids it fires correctly. I guess the same issue would pop up with a 5 long firing distance, as it would fire only 3 times instead of 4 (and have 50 radbolts remaining in the launcher).
