Pug Slug eggs can't be clicked on

Plug slug eggs that plug slugs just produced are not clickable once you hover over them, But commands like Sweep,cancel,priority still works on them.
The issue seems to be fixed after sweeping them into a storage bin and then emptying it and also by saving and loading back.

After reloading/storing it into a bin then emptying it.
