When supplying multiple things normally it would prioritise what was already in the launcher before anything entering it.
e.g. 300kg of water enters the launcher, followed by 300kg of hydrogen, followed by another 300kg of water. It would launch 200kg of water, then 100kg of water & 100kg of hydrogen, then 100kg of hydrogen & 100kg of water, then 200kg of water.
Now, it will launch all the water first followed by all the hydrogen no matter what order it entered in. If I continue to supply it with a steady stream of water, it will never launch the hydrogen.
I often use these launchers to have a steady supply of multiple things going between planetoids, so this change basically breaks all my launchers.
Supply a constant supply of water to interplanetary launcher as well as any other item and launch payloads.
Only the water will ever get launched even when new packets of water enter the launcher after other items.
