Powerbank chargers are not supplied by auto-sweepers until reload

Hi Team,

I am facing a supplying bug. You can see from the attached images. In #1 all chargers are empty. Even though there are plenty of empty bank available none are being supplied to the chargers. I checked that no dupes have access to this area, so no manual errands are being done. These are powered and enabled by automation. The thing that confirms this is a bug is that when I save and reload they start supplying without issue. Until it happens again after some time randomly.

I did put my computer on hibernate with game on the menu screen when I noticed it first. Maybe that has to do something with this behavior.
