Piped Water Duplication

I have a pipe of clean water going to some bristle blossoms and an oil well. I am only using the water from the Bristle blossoms and the water for the oil well is being created out of this air (These photos are being taken right after each other and there are others in the steps to reproduce

Steps to Reproduce

have some clean water in a pipe, and have it split off to 2 places. It should duplicate. It may be a visual glitch, a glitch with the Warp pipes (Thats where that water is coming from) I dont really know.
