Pip planting loop

One of the wild pips decided to plant some seed. The problem is that cell has too much salt water, so pip is stuck inside loop:
1. Pip jumps into position to plant some seed.
2. (Pip get underwater/drowning state)
3. Pip jumps back
4. Goto 1

Happened randomly, but should be easy to reproduce.

Minor update:
I rechecked my video and correct loop look's like:
1. Pip trying to plant seed (which located in the cell with too much liquid).
2. Pip jumps there (into the cell). Grabs the seed.
3. (Pip get underwater/drowning state)
4. Pip jumps back (loosing the seed)
5. Goto 1
