Partial Blastshots break sweeper delivery

No idea how these partial blastshots were created, but they sometimes break autosweeper > loader delivery.
It's easier to reproduce by automating the loader, but it also breaks with the loader running continuously without automation. When disabled it get's full without reaching full capacity and when enabled it doesn't get loaded anymore.
