Steps to Reproduce

When I first noticed this I think 9 pacu were stuck in the lower right as can be seen in the screenshot, with only one pacu free. I watched them for a minute or two, and they didn't move (the free pacu moved like normal). They still had their typical idle animations, they just never left the tile. I went to do other things in the world, and when I next checked who knows how much later, the last pacu was stuck there too. It's in a single square of crude oil.

I'll check if anything changes upon reload and see how much crude oil is there and make note here--I just didn't want to overwrite the log file.

I started trying to rescue them by having dupes relocate them before attempting to get rid of the oil. Though before I could see if the pacu could free itself without oil it died of old age. The other pacu swam normally and I got rid of the oil.

More oil got in later somehow, in the same corner (got a vent right above that corner--who knows where the oil came from but that's not the point). The pacu started getting stuck again. That time it was small enough that it could be mopped, and the pacu got unstuck immediately.
