When you construct a power wire over the bottom of the Oxygen Mask Dock, it makes a sound like you were connecting to a power port, even though the Oxygen Mask Dock doesn't have a power port.

Edit
Apparently, the same happens on Liquid and Gas Reservoirs - you get the sound when the wire passes through the tile with their output port. Sinks and Lavatories get the sound when you put the wire over their input ports. It looks like many of the buildings have some sort of hidden power port. So far I've noticed the storage container, grooming station, critter feeder and critter drop-off don't have this issue. Is it just how the game handles buildings with liquid/gas inputs/outputs?
1. Play the game until you have the Oxygen Mask Dock building unlocked.
2. Place the Oxygen Mask Dock in the world. It doesn't need to be built, this works both on constructed building and the build order ghost.
3. Build a power wire going through the bottom tile of the Oxygen Mask Dock. You can hear the "power wire connected" sound when adding the power wire, and "power wire disconnected" when moving it back.
