Steps to Reproduce
- Start a game.
- Build an Outhouse.
- Let dupes use it.
- Hover over the building -> "visits left" information is still shown.
- Save and reload the game.
- Hover over the building -> "visits left" information is not shown.
- Let dupes use the building more times.
- Hover over the building -> "visits left" information is still not shown.
