The "Morale High Ground" achievement does not require a dupe to be present in a rocket. I abandoned a rocket in above an asteroid and 10 cycles later I received the achievement.
Steps to Reproduce
Launch a rocket, escape using a trailblazer module, abandoning the rocket module above an asteroid. Wait 10 cycles and you should get the achievement.
A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
