For the Planner on the right (Planetoid, Diagnostics, Resources), Diagnostics and Planetoid will show Alerts or Warnings for issues of the colony. One of the warnings for Spaced Out's Radiation Exposure seems to be a placeholder, and another is incorrectly formatted. It is possible that every single warning exclusive to Spaced-Out is incorrectly formatted. I dont have any other DLC packs.
Any and all alerts' displayed text is always when hovering over Diagnostics or Planetoid.
My difficulty settings for radiation is set to Healthy Glow instead of Default, if it matters.
First 2 images shows the issue

Rest of the images attached, shows what most diagnostics warnings display, which I assume is the correct displayed text.
Step 0: Set difficulty setting for Radiation to Healthy Glow (Default might also have this issue)
Step 1: Irradiate a duplicant in the game (very important, not in real life) to ~150 and ~300 rads. trap them in space with an atmo suit i suppose.
Step 2: Expand planner on the right, Open Planetoids and Diagnosis, hover over the name of the planetoid the dupe is on, or hover over the Radiation diagnostic. If Radiation diagnostic is unavailable, click + See All, set Radiation diagnostic to Always Visible (purple check mark)

A developer has marked this issue as fixed. This means that the issue has been addressed in the current development build and will likely be in the next update.
