Mental breakdown inside capsule breaks capsule

My dupe had a mental breakdown inside a small capsule, and smashed the wall. The wall was destroyed and dropped steel. After that, she smashed the window, the window didnt break, but they were then able to climb onto the outside of the spaceship and smash everything from the outside. Then the whole thing vacuumed out and she started suffocating. I was then able to build on the outside of the capsule.
