Lubrication Station usage inside of a rocket is not restricted when Rocket Control Station is set to Grounded, and there is no "Controlled"/"Uncontrolled" switch in its menu. Boops freely use it while the rocket is grounded.
Since Lubrication Station is closely related in purpose to toilets, dining tables and wash stations, I expect it to be groundable in the same way.
Steps to Reproduce
Build a functional Lubrication Station station inside of a rocket and set Rocket Control Station to Grounded.
