"Local colony lacks grilling" symbol on Electric grill after teleporting dupe from other asteroid. Same thing with "Field Research" and I also suspect other skills. Duplicant on picture has clearly unlocked both skills.
Saving and loading game FIXES a problem.
Problem also appears after going back to original asteroid.
I don't know what if a duplicant with an investigated skill was already present on a planet.
I don't know if teaching another duplicant investigated skill on the same asteroid fixes a problem.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Teach duplicant grilling/field research.
2. Teleport him to a different asteroid.
3. Find out that duplicant can't use machines/objects that require learnt skills.
