Launched Rocket Component Appearing in Neutronium

Hello,

Having an issue with a launched rocket's liquid fuel tank.  If the game is loaded during its flight, a copy appears at the bottom, left-hand of the map behind neutronium.  First screen shot is the area in question, after the rocket launch, but before loading a game.  Next is the screen upon loading, and i clicked the alert rather than post 3 ss.

Interacting with the alert or the details screen on the right sometimes causes the game to crash.  This issue persists with any save loaded after the rocket launch.  I have yet to land the rocket (doing a bunch of save/load trying to salvage saves), so I'm not sure if the issue will correct itself once the rocket returns.  I am only using CO2 and petroleum rockets, and have not seen the behavior with co2 flights.  Including save files (save 780 before rocket launch and 781 should load with the error.  This occurs on my win 8 laptop, win 10 desktop and streaming between the two.

Yes, I am aware I spelled it wrong when naming the colony, but I've been trying to ignore it.

Upon loading back in, I noticed the whole rocket is listed as entombed, not just the fuel tank.
