Kill room bug

Not sure if this is Spaced Out specific. I've had kill rooms in previous runs before SO with no problems though.

First off, should kill rooms really be necessary? Seems like a Butcher Block building would make sense in the game.

Anyways, I have a kill room, and it works, I've watched it in action. When theres a critter in the room and no dupes, the door closes, then the floor doors close sequentially to push water up. But it seems like when its off screen this is not simulated properly and the water just kind of explodes into adjacent rooms (one of which is not even reachable for a liquid in any way).


Steps to Reproduce

Build a kill room, have it off screen when it activates.
