Iron from volcano not cooling

So i Boxed in an iron volcano in tile, dumped a bunch of water into it.

Iron on the 2 tile on the left cool down, the 3rd on stay at 655c.

all tile have 807 kg of water, and a gold amalgam tempshift plate.

For what it's worth, I have noted similar phenomena with Cobalt, Aluminum and Tungsten volcanoes.  Using the debug Ctrl+Q command to pick up and drop the debris pile in the exact same spot causes the temperature of the debris to behave normally.  (select the debris that's NOT transferring heat, move the mouse cursor at least 1 tile straight up and press Ctrl+Q.  The debris pile will teleport up to the location of the cursor then fall back to its original location).

This bug does not happen consistently and I believe it has something to do with the way the game interprets the location of debris that has undergone a state change.  ie Liquid changing to solid while falling sometimes causes the newly formed debris to behave as if it were trapped inside the tile below its resting location (which in the case of volcanoes is almost always an insulated tile or neutronium)
