Invalid Building Location not updating

I built this great hall, all at once, with hanging pots, but the invalid location tag did not clear when the ceiling was actually built.  When cancelled the cobalt metal fell, and then I could build them back in the same place.  The invalid tag has lasted for many cycles.  I'm not sure if it is due to the new cobalt metal, or if it was because the material was added before the ceiling was built, or some other reason.
