Insulated tile gain to thermal conductivity after replacing another using instant build mode.

While in sandbox, with insta build mode on, replacing an insulated tile with another insulated tile using a different material makes the new tile very thermally conductive.
As an example in 125c steam, the tile made of sandstone went from 20c to 70c in about 10 seconds on base game speed.
Even when replacing with the material insulation, the thermal conductivity still increases.

The bug doesnt work while replacing natural, metal, plastic or any other tile. Only insulated on insulated.
Image below shows the difference in temps after just a few seconds after building and unpausing.

Steps to Reproduce

Any colony with sandbox enabled.

  • place insulated tile
    • by dupe or with instant build mode
  • replace with another insulated tile of any other material
    • has to be using instant build mode

Now the new tile has significantly higher thermal conductivity.
