Duplicants start to use the pitcher pump, but never fills the bottle.
In the save file Steela will use the pitcher pump and the bug will occur.
Maybe it is caused by having a tile of gas like in the save.
Steps to Reproduce
- Have a duplicant use a pitcher pump with liquid.
- The duplicant uses the pump continually, but never fills the bottle.
