impossible to land on niobium planet

The game crash when i try to land the rocket on the niobium planet. I think its a problem with the maximum building high. The rocket is higher than the building zone. But I need such high rockets to come there. I have one rocket with 2 trailblazers and petroleum engine (large fuel tank +small oxidizer tank) and one rocket  with large liquid cargo bay (petroleum to refuel both) and petroleum engine (large fuel tank + small oxidizer tank). I have also tried to dig so deep as possible and build the rocket platform so deep as possible but it isnt enough to fit the rockets above.

Sidenote: On the aluminium gold planet it is possible to land a larger rocket than the building high (red zone).

Edit: Ok i have now managed it with some diagonal building tricks. But I think that isnt it how it is suppossed to be. And it is definitly a problem with the building high:
