Game not tracking available resources correctly

So I've been working on this colony for a few days.  I have all these volcanos surrounded by hot obsidian.  If you go to the map marker 1 (shift-1), below the storage facility there is a small locked room with a storage bin.  When I piled all my existing obsidian in here, in an effort to keep my reasonable temperature obsidian separate from the hot obsidian I'll be digging up, I noted something weird:  There's 92tons of obsidian in the bin, but the resource read out was saying something like 70t available.

I thought it was strange and reloaded the game, to see if it would self-correct, but it did not.  I decided not to worry about that and proceeded to dig up hot obsidian.  That is when the trouble began.  There is obsidian debris near the closest volcano to my base.  I dug those up, and was going to build obsidian insulated tiles, but the game thinks I have 0 obsidian despite there being debris right there to work from.

Save file here:  https://kitfox.pkunk.net/The Happy Factory.sav  Several mods in use.  I am seeing this same issue on both my Windows and Linux machines.  Game version: U38-487396-50

Any chance for a resolution?  Unfortunately, this has made it impossible to continue this colony.  And I was so looking forward to taming the 9 volcanos I've found so far.

Additional info:  Switched to public_beta version from Steam.  The problem didn't go away right away, but after a few digs and builds, and unlocking the obsidian storage bin, the problem self-corrected.  I locked the storage bin away again after it seemed to correct and now everything seems ok.

More additional info:  I tried the same thing on the live build, and it doesn't self-correct like the beta did.  Also, the sound is really screwy in Linux with the public_beta.

But still a bug in here.  Save file is still there for anyone to inspect.
