Food items not changing temperature

Made a deep freezer and food items passing throughout do not change temperature. Items are all on steel rails and the room is filled with hydrogen. Sometimes the food will change (pic below) and other times it will stay at 1C. At first I thought it had to do with the amount of food but after further testing this was not the case.

Steps to Reproduce

Food on any kind of rail moved through a cold room.

This has been an issue for a while, I believe the contributing factor is that the food has to have been stored in a powered fridge at some point previously. The food somehow clamps at the fridge's minimum temperature. It shouldn't happen to freshly made food.
