Hi.
After some time normaly playing i changed the Research from Building Arts to Heating,Climate and Conditioning and i got a little bit of process in Building Arts but because of Temperature problems i had to change and in the chance the Dupelicant got Stuck and could'nt move and do other errands by it's own.
Moving the duplicant by the moving-Command unfreezes the Duplicant and he can proceed his earrands.
