for some reasons, my duplicands won't use the orbital data collection while in space, even when their operating, researching, and piloting skill are all max and their rocket are orbiting an asteroid
Steps to Reproduce
i just built a rocket normally and have a duplicand pilot in to space in other to collect the data bank but they don't do it
