Dupes not delivering data banks to robo-pilot module

I have two rockets, both now with robo-pilot modules.

The first rocket works perfectly - dupes deliver data banks, and I have it flying at the moment.

The second, the dupes refuse to deliver any data banks to it - I have never been able to launch this one.  There are also no errands for this.

I have tried:

Restarting the game

Disabling and re-enabling the module (the dupes successfully disable and re-enable it, so it's not a pathing issue)

Deconstructing and re-constructing the module

Dupes will deliver Data Banks if there's a ladder at the bottom of the Robo-Pilot Module, one or two tiles away from it. Compared to the other rocket, this one has an Atmo Sensor built two tiles away from the Robo-Pilot module instead of a ladder.

"Unreachable" would've been useful to see - especially as they could get in there and disable/enable the module without issue.  Very confusing.

But yeah - it's working now - thanks for that.
