Dupe Teleported?

I had a builder dupe on the Marshy Asteroid with Experiment 52B, and printed a second dupe to handle farming and cooking. I was following the builder around, and suddenly noticed that my dupe counter at the top left of the screen said there was only 1 on the asteroid.  I also noticed the tree chewing something. I assumed that the tree had eaten my farmer/cook dupe, was sad, and then moved on. A few minutes later, I noticed that someone was having trouble reaching their bed. I clicked to see who it was, and it was my farmer/cook dupe on my main asteroid! I have no idea how she got there. My only rocket was in deep space when she was printed, so she couldn't have stowed away. I have no idea what happened. I'm saving and quitting before the morning autosave, so I don't know what my log will say.

Edit: I have a few mods installed, but I've had them for a while and I've never seen them do something like this, and I can't think of one that has any similar effects.
