Dreckos do not spawn on any of the planets in a cluster. And since there are no reeds on the first planet or the portal planet its not possible to make suits for going into space, the oil biome, etc.
I've tried creating several new safe files and then used debug mode to check if the dreckos had spawned and just died off before i got to them. But they do not spawn anywhere.
Ive also heard of other people having the same problem.

At least for me just making a new safe file does it.
