Diagnostics preferences are not saved on restarting game

The preferences for the diagnostics menu/tab is not saved when you reload the game.

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Start game
  2. Load a save
  3. Change diagnostics visibility settings
  4. Save game
  5. Exit and close game
  6. Restarts game
  7. Load the save
  8. Check diagnostics
