In short, deploying trailblazer module caused duplicant to vanish. During deployment of trailblazer module, build plan for it wasn't visible(i mean the transparent image which shows when you plan buildings). Duplicant is shown in schedule as appearing on "Terrania", and "N/A" in vitals screen, clicking on him in vitals doesn't switch screen to anywhere. I am also attaching the save game file after the fact it happened. 
Steps to Reproduce
1) Select duplicant to be deployed in trailblazer module
2) Press "deploy"
3) Select place. Worth mentioning that "ghost" or plan of the building wasn't visible during placement and i think it could be somehow related to module not appearing
4) Dupe vanishes
