Critter sensor sends green signal on room size change

I have a small tank room with some Pacus and a Critter sensor. I've set it up so if there's fewer than 3 Pacus, the Critter Sensor opens a Mechanized Airlock, allowing some freshly spawned Pacus to drop down into the tank.

As I am building the room, I noticed the airlock opening and closing several times, even though no fish died. Apparently, each time a tile was completed, the critter sensor got reset for a moment to send green signal, before returning to normal operation.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Build an enclosed room and drop some critters (specifically Pacus) in it.

2. Build a Critter Sensor and set it to send a Green Signal if the count of critters is lower than the amount currently in the room.

3. Build a tile inside the room.
