If you load a game with a duplicant in the teleporter, they will leave the teleporter, but the teleporter will remain in the "Ready to Teleport" state. If you click teleport, it will crash and cause this output:

Assign duplicant to a teleporter
Save with them in teleporter, ready to teleport
Load the game
Watch them walk away
Click Teleport
