Ubuntu 23.04 x64. Laptop barely over minimal system requirements: Lenovo IdeaPad L340-15API, SSD-less variant with Ryzen 5 & Vega 8 . Game + DLC installed and active.
I run the game. I load the save. I play the game a little.
Then, the game freezes for unspecified reason - and crashes with
src/steamnetworkingsockets/clientlib/steamnetworkingsockets_lowlevel.cpp (2123) : Assertion Failed: SteamnetworkingSockets service thread waited 397ms for lock! This directly adds to network latency! It could be a bug, but it's usually caused by general performance problem such as thread starvation or a debug output handler taking too long. src/steamnetworkingsockets/clientlib/steamnetworkingsockets_lowlevel.cpp (2123) : Assertion Failed: SteamnetworkingSockets service thread waited 124ms for lock! First time (yesterday) I crashed upon opening Research tree. Today - in Wardrobe, switching to Abe's list of atmo suit presets (that Puft helmet is hella dope!)
U44 worked decent-to-well with Steam.
U46, launched without Steam through sheer power of prohibited voodoo, had few short-term hang-ups but worked almost as good as U44.
It coincided that you rolled out U47 update at same time with Steam's latest update. Looks like BOTH need more resources than expected. Much more. So minimal system requirements should probably be updated as well, Steam's issue part has been formalized in this bug report. ONI's part is up to you.
An archive with full /home/THAT'S_A_YOU/.config/unity3d/Klei/Oxygen Not Included content included. Oxygen - not.
Unpack archive's content into /home/THAT'S_A_YOU/.config/unity3d/Klei/Oxygen Not Included on really lousy laptop w/ Ubuntu 23.04 x64 and Steam 1686880776 (today's latest).
Launch Steam.
Run the game with or without "-screen-quality Low" command line option.
Load latest save.
3-4 cycles into it, get demolished because either Steam itself or the game decided to think about Greater Good or something.
