The first duplicant to land on the Irradiated forest planetoid had the skill Grilling I but cannot use the grill that spawned near the surface in the ruins. Once I gave them Grilling II they could use the grill. I reloaded to before I sent Gossman there, skill scrubbed her, and sent her back to the planetoid. This time giving her Grilling I after landing allowed her to use the grill. I haven't tried sending one with Grilling II to see what happens.
Steps to Reproduce
Land a duplicant with Grilling I skill on an uncolonized planetoid with a grill prebuilt in a ruins. They can't use the grill until given Grilling II.
