Cloud Save Options Checkbox

When opening the Game Options while playing a colony, there is a checkbox for storing save games in the cloud or not.

The tooltip correctly points out that this option only makes a difference for newly created colonies.

But if that is the case, the checkbox should surely only be visible/active from the main menu.
