Cargo module deleting cargo

I loaded two cargo modules.  One has 200 copper and the other one has 600 copper.  When I fly to the nearest asteroid and hit deploy they drop 2 200 copper packages thus deleting 400 copperLunar Cantaloupe.7z.  Attached are the save files.  The last one is right before I deploy the packages.  The save 20-30 minutes earlier is right before I launch the rocket.

Steps to Reproduce

1)  Launch rocket with two modules with different cargo.

2) Cargo got deleted when deploying.

Sorry this is user error and some gameplay that is confusing.  When they drop the cargo it's in packages of 200 and I didn't see two were dropped in the corner of the map.
