Recently used dev mode and tried to complete that achievement. Honey jar doesn't count as terrestrial artifact, and multiple office mugs and honey jars on superconductive and water asteroids. I think you could found the terrestrial artifacts on space first and then those on asteroids won't counting as terrestrials maybe?
Steps to Reproduce
I analized each artifact in their respective asteroid and just achieving 5/10, then send mutiple rockets for space artifacts, probably could be done like blank achievements like Easy Livin' or Job Suitability but no.
