Buried Object visual after being dug up

I'm currently running the Alpha test.

The graphic that shows a buried object is still visible after the object was dug up.

Steps to Reproduce

All I did was dig up an object and have the mud fall down. The seed in this case dropped but the cracked graphic identifying where it was remained.
