Objects can become buried in vacuum, though saving/loading fixes it and pops out the object. It does not seem to be possible to fix it otherwise.
Steps to Reproduce
First, have a Solar Panel.
Then have a wire inside the solar panel, with material stored, ready to be built.
Now cancel the wire construction.
The object is now buried. When you deconstruct the solar panel, it will still be buried.
After saving & loading, the resources are "popped out".
