Buffer gates buffers less time than set if game lagging.
A buffer gate set to buffer 200s may buffer only 80s to 100s,according to how the game lags.
Filter gates have similar issues.
There is no similar issue with timer sensors.I use timer sensors as comparison.
Steps to Reproduce
The automation system is at the top of irradiated world.
1.reset all counters.flick switches to red signal.waiting for some time until the systems stop.
2.pause.the game.flick switches to green signal.reset timer sensor.unpause the game.two systems starts simutaneously.
3.the one with not/buffer/filter gates counts much faster than the one with timer.
4.repeat the test in a new save.Now the two systems are almost identical.
