Blastshot ignores container limit

Blastshot ignores container size settings.

This makes automating blastshot much harder than it needs to be, as there is no way to detect a full container - the only way automate stopping production seems to be using a conveyor element sensor with two bridges overlapping to detect when the rail is full, then feeding automation all the way back to the blastshot maker.

Steps to Reproduce

- Add a container (I used a conveyor loader with an auto-sweeper from a smart storage bin, but just having a smart storage bin works also) set up to hold blastshot.

- Create blastshot and allow the container to fill.

- Observe that the container will continue to fill above the limit (e.g., 1000kg for a conveyor loader)

User Feedback

This is happening because blastshot is a "unit" rather than a "weight" item, since you can't subdivide a blastshot. You can run into similar problems with clothing, since it has a wide difference between the unit size and the unit mass.

As a result, the conveyor loader can hold 1,000 blastshot, despite the weight of it being significantly higher than 1,000kg when combined.

Using some kind of system at the far end to turn off production of blastshot is likely to be more reliable (weight plates or smart bins set to "20 units" at the destination(s) controlling production at the source) might be a better approach, if a bit more complex to setup.
