My bio bots keeps getting entombed in random tile, be it natural or dupe-made. My best guess is that this happens when the games chugs on auto-save while a Bio bot is run out of battery at the same instance.
Steps to Reproduce
Just make bio bots with a big enough colony and wait for auto saves to kickin.
