Bio Dupe waiting to run out of power without comsuming power bank it grasps

first of all, i run the game with mods but it shouldn't be the mods' issue since i have multiple bio dupes but only this one shown in the picture got this problem and it seems the problem is random since previous cycles it has no problem with recharging itself.

the problem is when this bio dupe power running low, it grasp a power bank (i try to force it use different type of power banks but none works) and just holds the power bank without comsuming it until all its power runs out and require other dupes to save it

An update: It seems this issue consists with this "cyber-04" bio dupe, no idea why but it just don't use the power bank whatsoever. all my bionic dupes have the same setting but this 4th printed bio dupe consist of this issue. although it's not all the time, in few downtimes (very rare, but guarantee on the one others just save it from depleted power state), this cyber-04 does fine and comsume the power banks, but most of the time, it just refuse to comsume for no reason, even have significant delay after i use move command to override its action to drop the power bank. super wired
