Automated radbolt rockets run out of fuel

Overivew:

  • Automated rockets run out of fuel midflight.
  • I send automated rockets to mine space POIs. And, one of the preflight checks is "Fueled". But, starting from Ferbruary 2026 rockets start to run out of fuel midflight (screenshot is attached).
  • It cannot be human error because the rockets are fully automated and the Launch Checklist decides whether to send the rocket or not.
  • In addition, the rockets are always fully fueled (e.g. 4000 radbolts).

Steps to Reproduce
  1. Create an radbolt-fueled rocket.
  2. Add a Robo-Pilot module.
  3. Add automation control to send the rocket when it is fueled.
  4. Complete the rocket Launch Checklist.

User Feedback

if those rockets have a robo pilot module, its likely that, not the engine.
the bug is caused by the ready check for robo pilots triggering too early (when they have enough databanks for a single trip, not a roundtrip), causing them to run out of data banks during the flight.

the screenshot is unreadable.

Good afternoon.

Apologies, the screenshot has been updated.

Roger that, if that's databanks - is it a known issue? Or is there a workaround we can use?

Thank you!
