In game settings when creating a new save, you can still click on the left arrow of Asteroid Belt, which should have only one selection. And if you click it twice, the game will CRASH.
Maybe check the data validation function?

Create a new save and click on the left arrow of choosing Asteroid Belt twice (or more?) to trigger a crash.
