Wall Pots cannot be built on a tile if there is no tile above it but it can be built on a door if this one has a tile above it (Tile or door)

Steps to Reproduce

Build a wall and wall pots on it

Straight wall with same type of tiles

Pot can be built on the lower tile of a door, but not on the top one if there is no tile above it
