starnacle seeds not listed in plantable plots, also placeholder art for starnacles, also can't be wild planted, and also can't be planted in sandbox mode

Starnacles are background plants, I believe they are planted on one of the new planters.

Oh interesting, then perhaps I should re-purpose this post to be that pips can plant starnacles in hydroponic farms 

They can also be flower pot planted, which is mildly amusing as this is one way to get around its not-very-renewable fertilizer requirement

If the background tiles and floor tiles are both natural tiles, pips can plant these wild as an FYI.
