[solved] WASD-keys stop moving the screen after one second or so

Is it just me? Since today I noticed that if I hold for example the A-key on the keyboard, the screen moves for a second and then nicely stops like I don't hold the key down anymore (even while I continue to press it down). I've to lift the key and press it again.

I don't see that effect in other games. And I'm not really sure what additional information I should provide. In case I should add somoething, please let me know.

Update: I've that issue on the Live-Branch as well. Something else must have changed that's causing that issue now. Still no clue...

Steps to Reproduce
  • Press and hold "S" to scroll down
  • while the key is still pressed, the screen stops moving after around 1 second

Sorry, found that fcitx5 is interfering with the input method and causing that strange behavior. If I stop that process the issue goes away. Please close this. Thanks. (Ref)
