Seaquines stuck on fish feeder, cant eat.

I have some seaquines that seem to be unable to eat from a fish feeder. They try "eating" then switch to "falling" and nothing.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Build Fish Feeder for seaquines

2. Put pearls in it

3. Seaquines get stuck?
